Edwidge Danticat Testifies on Her Uncle's Death in Detention

On October 4 award-winning author Edwidge Danticat testified before the U.S. Congress' Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security and International Law.
