UPDATE: 10:10 a.m., 3/22 -- Federal authorities say that the undocumented immigrants arrested during the Phoenix protest will not face deportation.
"Upon further review, ICE has determined that these individuals do not fall under ICE’s enforcement priorities and the agency has lifted the previously lodged detainers," said a statement by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials released on Wednesday afternoon. [...]

In the radio interview last week, he also reiterated that he found "probable cause" that President Obama's birth certificate and related document are fraudulent; when asked if arrests were forthcoming, he said that he first needs to find out who is responsible.
